God defines boundaries. He sets limits to the seas, limits to the human lifespan, limits to the land He gave Israel. When creation was complete, He called it good. In Prov 8:27-31 Wisdom personified says that He set the heavens in place, when he marked out the horizon on the face of the deep, established the clouds above and fixed securely the fountains of the deep, gave the sea its boundary so the waters would not overstep his command, and marked out the foundations of the earth. "I was filled with delight day after day, rejoicing always in his presence, rejoicing in his whole world and delighting in mankind."

Cancer has no limits. Like an insatiable desire, it consumes and doesn't know when to stop. I crafted the elements of this piece to evoke order and resolution.
